DBT-Informed Skills Training Group
A 6-month weekly group for adults who struggle with intense emotions, reactive patterns, or difficulty navigating relationships. You'll learn and practice core DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) skills of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness, in a structured, supportive setting. This group is suited to you if you often feel overwhelmed by emotions, find yourself in recurring relationship conflicts, struggle to tolerate distress without impulsive reactions, or want practical tools to feel more in control of your responses. Small cohort of 10 participants, to allow space for individual practice and feedback. Exclusion criteria apply. Check brochure for details.

Reflective Space for Working Clinicians
Supervision is not incidental to clinical work. It is part of what makes it work. These sessions offer licensed practitioners a regular, structured space to bring their cases, their questions, and the parts of the work that stay with them.
